It's usually not as horrible as the pics show, that's why I chose this to use as an example. It's not just my monitor either, the artifacting (if that's what you'd call it) also shows when I use a TV as the display. Mostly just wondering if there's any possible settings in Nvidia Control Panel or something similar. All my drivers are up to date. I have a pretty nice PC, it's maybe one or two years old but it's overall pretty good. AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, RTX 3080Ti. However, I have stuttering in nearly every game that I play. Sometimes it's just a micro stutter, that maybe happens every second or two. But it's very annoying. I will do anything to stop it
One thing I noticed is that I will have the same amount of stuttering regardless of if I am on Ultra settings or potato mode. I also see this even in not particularly graphics intensive games. Recently I played Planet of Lana and I had it pretty bad there. I also get it on Diablo 4.
Sometimes playing with the graphical settings can help a little bit. For example I definitely need to have V sync turned to on. I think also limiting frame rate can sometimes help. Grand Theft Auto 5 was one game that looked terrible when I first booted it up, but after turning on V sync and limiting the frame rate it looked basically perfect. I should say this is one of the few examples where I was able to fix the problem totally. In the game Planet of Lana I also noticed that if I turn the display settings to 30 Hertz it also eliminated the stuttering. I mean it looked kind of bad because it's 30 Hertz but it definitely improved the issue.
So I am suspicious that it is my monitor causing the problem. I found a link to my monitor, I'm not sure if it's the exact model that I got but I think it's pretty close https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-24-ips-led-4k-uhd-freesync-monitor-hdmi-display-port-black/6051021.p?skuId=6051021 It is the LG4K monitor. Hi Folks, My 65" LG OLED has started showing a weird discoloration at the top of the screen. It looks white-ish and is of uneven thickness throughout the screen. I use this TV only for gaming and I may have gamed less than 300 hours in the last 3 years. Part of this weird bar was visible even when the screen was completely black, but when I ran the pixel refresher, it disappeared. But now it shows up at the top only when there is a non-black image. I've uploaded an image and a video of this problem. Has anyone seen this before? Is this oled burin in? or just the screen randomly dying on me?

Hey, so currently l have a 120 inch screen paired with a benq w1070 1080p 60hz projector, it's at around 5500 hours of use, hasn't been used much recently tbh.
I typically use the projector for movies, and Nintendo switch when my friend brings it around. At the other side of the room I also have a gaming pc with a 42 inch c2 oled for pc gaming and quick viewijg sessions.
My current seating distance is around 15 feet and at most we have 5 people for seating but majority of the time it's 2-3 max. I am debating swapping the layout of my room and sitting around 7-8 feet from a 77 inch TV so i hopefully get a similar sense of immersion, the room can be very dark, it only has 2 skylights and I made some DIY blackout blinds so I can get next to no daylight if needed.
I am hoping to use th 77 oled for pc games that are good with with a controller, then maybe try and make a lapboard for mouse and keyboard for less competitive games, I will be using the TV for switch games, movies, some sports, anime and general TV usage.
I was wondering if the B2 is the clear choice for this price point? Should I save £750-1000 and go for a 65inch LG c2/cs? And just sit a little closer. Is there any TVs I have missed?
I am from the UK so would need any deals posted from there. Thanks.

I have a 2017 LG that supports 4K UHD. The fire stick I have supports that and the ultra HD when I stream Netflix and prime. However I can’t seem to get it to activate when streaming those services from Apple TV 4K (new 128 G model) - unless I change in the Apple TV settings the High Dynamic Range to “on” - otherwise it won’t automatically kick in. Does Apple TV support this ultra HD picture quality ?

2023.06.10 16:50 Danman19285 Can’t use game optimiser together with speakers
I recently got a new TV (LG C2 55”) and I just got my new sound bar (LG SN4 with subwoofer) and I tried playing on my switch, I noticed that the pictures looked a bit too blurry, and when I tried playing a difficult level in Mario maker there was crazy input delay. I tried to switch it to Game Optimiser mode, but there was no Game Optimiser. I then disconnected the speaker (I used Bluetooth, not wired) and wouldn’t you know it, the Game Optimiser option is back. I realised that the sound is connected to video, and the speaker didn’t have a game optimiser setting, and that led to the TV increasing the switch from the native resolution to 4K (explaining the bluriness and input delay). Will I have to play with the in built speakers now, or is there a way around it?

- Most of the time, (using shield remote or TV remote to power on) the shield powers on and displays for a flash of a second with audio and display working fine, then it goes blank for both audio and display. The green light on the shield remains active, and the TV and soundbar stay on.
- Sometimes, (using the TV remote) my TV powers on and the soundbar powers on, but my shield stays off
- Sometimes, (using my shield remote) my shield powers on, the soundbar powers on, but my TV stays off
- I have the option, put nvidia shield to sleep when input is changed on TV to OFF
