Bonjour à toutes et à tous, J’ai besoin de vos conseils, J’ai trouvé une voiture d’occasion qui est pas mal avec quelques petits bricoles à faire dessus par contre la carte grise est au nom de l’ancien propriétaire le vendeur m’a proposé de baisser le prix et faire deux fois la CG. On m’a aussi parlé d’écrasement de CG mais il faut passer par un garage. Dans ce cas quel solution moins coûteuse s’offre à moi ? Je suis jeune conducteur et c’est peut être mon premier véhicule 🚗.

Salut, je poste encore pour demander conseil. Je chercherais un travail le plus vite possible, ce n'est pas grave si ça ne paye pas bien tant que ça paye, car j'ai besoin d'économiser un peu urgemment. J'espère que ce type de questions est autorisé – dans le cas où ça ne l'est pas, je m'excuse sincèrement.
J'ai fait un résumé en bas du post si vous ne voulez pas lire en entier! Mais voici la partie avec le + de détails en premier. (Attention c'est long)
J''ai 21 ans dans quelques jours, et j'ai été déscolarisé depuis très petit. Je n'ai pas forcément été éduqué, et je n'ai jamais été "socialisé" donc la dernière fois que j'ai vraiment parlé à quelqu'un dans la vraie vie (en dehors des médecins et famille) remonte à une dizaine d'années.

Je pense qu'en résultat, je fais de l'anxiété sociale, car non seulement mentalement, j'ai aussi des symptômes physiques quand je suis autour des inconnus (par exemple, comme une impression de m'évanouir, le coeur qui manque des battements, mal au ventre, gros rire nerveux etc), je me sens même mal à l'aise avec ma famille.
Je me sens légèrement moins anxieux avec les gens beaucoup plus âgés (60+ et au delà), et les jeunes enfants, par contre. Le pire c'est avec les gens de mon âge.

Je suis très en retard niveau éducation – je n'ai aucune connaissance sur aucun sujets, mais le pire c'est les maths. Les sujets les plus problématiques que je ne connais pas c'est les tables de multiplication, l'ordre des mois et jours de la semaine, même si j'essaie d'apprendre ce dernier.

J'ai une mémoire très mauvaise et je suis très lent à apprendre, j'ai du mal à comprendre les choses même quand elles sont clairement expliquées plusieurs fois. J'ai du mal avec les choses les plus simples de la vie, par exemple je n'arrive même pas à faire mes lacets, malgré avoir tenté, et autres.
Je n'ai pas le brevet ou autres diplômes. Par contre, j'ai une carte d'identité et une carte vitale.
On m'a déjà recommandé une assistante sociale dans le passé, mais si possible, je préfère éviter les appels car c'est compliqué à passer sachant que ma famille est bruyante, et aussi car je ne suis pas à l'aise à appeler.

J'ai pensé à : McDonalds, caissier ou faire les vaisselles dans un restaurant. Le problème, c'est que deux de ces métiers requiert de l'interaction sociale, et j'imagine qu'en tant que caissier, il y a quand même un minimum de maths à faire, et autres problèmes du genre. Je pense que j'aimerais un travail simple, répétitif et sans ou peu d'interaction sociale, mais c'est compliqué.

RÉSUMÉ; J'ai 20 ans presque 21, déscolarisé, je suis très lent à apprendre, mauvaise mémoire, éducation très basse, aucune aisance sociale/anxiété sociale assez sévère surtout autour des gens de mon âge, pas de brevet ou autres diplômes, j'ai une carte d'identité et vitale, et je cherche à savoir si je peux avoir un travail et si oui, lesquels.
J'espère que mon post était clair car j'ai eu du mal à écrire ça proprement. Encore une fois, je m'excuse si ça ne va pas ici. Merci si quelqu'un aurait des suggestions!

J'étais dans la lune à la sortie du train et j'ai tiré une taf sur ma vapote machinalement. Du coup je me suis fait arrêter par un agent qui m'a verbalisé. Il a insisté très lourdement pour que je paye tout de suite en CB, soi-disant que c'était moins cher et que je pourrais contester ensuite mais il a insisté tellement lourdement pour que je paye tout de suite en carte que je sais pas je l'ai pas senti donc j'ai dit non. Donc il a pris mon permis et envoyé avec son appareil là.
Comment ça se passe maintenant ? Y'a des chance que rien ne se passe ? C'est combien l'amende ? Pourquoi c'est soi-disant moins cher si on paye tout de suite ? Y a-t-il une possibilité de contester ?

On a tous souscrit à des services en ligne sous forme d'abonnement, qu'ils soient mensuels ou annuels. Dans mon cas j'ai souscrit à un service de serveur en ligne pour héberger des scripts sur OVH, à un abonnement Prime etc...

Dans le cas du serveur OVH j'ai utilisé une carte à usage unique et j'ai pris un abonnement d'un an pour être tranquille. À ma grande surprise au moment du renouvellement j'ai cherché comment résilier mon abonnement et j'ai juste pas trouvé de méthode simple. Arrivé au moment du prélèvement je me suis souvenu que j'avais payé avec une carte jetable et le service n'a pas pu me ré-engager pour un an (ouf). Bon ils m'ont envoyé 150 mails pour me dire "attention" mais en soit je les ignore car ils ne peuvent m'obliger à rien.

Je suis un utilisateur de Lydia depuis quelques années, à la base je m'ens servais pour les vacances/sorties entre potes mais depuis quelque temps le service propose des cartes jetables pour payer sur internet et c'est ça qui m'a sauvé les plumes sur ce coup.Je ne sais pas quelle est l'emprunte carbone de ce système cela dit..

Je pense qu'on devrait plus souvent payer avec ce genre de carte, d'abord d'un point de vue sécurité on ne risque pas plus que la somme engagée et ensuite en terme de renouvellement on est couvert sans prendre le risque de se faire prélever continuellement ensuite (Amazon Prime).

Bref je vous recommande vivement ce système (Lydia ou un autre système bien-sur, peut-être que votre banque le propose?) car il m'a permis de souscrire à certains services "sereinement" sans craindre de me faire ponctionner éternellement.

Going to Bimini for the first time- I’ve seen lots of people suggest renting a golf cart to drive around & explore. This is definitely what we will do, but I have what I hope is not too silly of a question but, how do you know where to go? Paper map? Are there signs & separate paths/shoulders? I’ve been in my fair share of Bahamian taxis and 😳 Are there many other golf carts driving around? Would like some more deets & experiences with renting golf carts in Bimini!

J'ai acheté un vehicule d'un "concessionaire" il y a pres de deux ans deja. Je me suis rendu compte 6 mois apres l'achat (Carfax) que le kilométrage a largement été reculé de 300K a 69K. Je me sens coupable de ne pas avoir faire des verifications approfondies mais j'avais besoin d'un vehicule en express vu que je commencait un nouveau poste d'emploi. J'avais trouvé cette "aubaine" sur marketplace et ne voulais pas manquer cette occasion. Le prix etait de 13000.

Le dealer en tant que tel est un petit revendeur de voiture usagés qui opère a Montreal-Nord. J'ai essayer de regler le tout avec lui mais il ne veut rien savoir et joue la carte de "On l'a acheté comme ca" aussi "ta garantie de 1 mois est fini".

Bref le monsieur ne veut rien savoir donc il y aura poursuite au petite créances pour la totalité du prix d'achat plus frais de huissier + reparations au total de 14000$. Cela fait deja 1 ans que je suis en attente avec Justice Quebec et j'aimerai savoir des gens qui on de l'experience avec ce genre d'issue:

C'est quoi le temp d'attente avant de passer en cour?
Est-ce que ca vaut la peine?
Quel est la procédure apres le jugement donné?
Je veut absolument me débarasser du vehicule, est-ce que je pourrait le revendre tout de suite(avec vrai Kilo 300k) ou doit il etre en ma possession jusqu'au jugement? ET changer le montant reclamé au proccès(~6000$)?
Selon le Registre des Entreprises du Quebec, l'addresse sur le dossier du marchand n'est pas la meme que son lieu d'affaires. Est-ce quil peut s'en échaper de meme si, apres le jugement, le hussier ne peut juste se présenter a l'addresse qui est au dossier?
Pourrait-il juste disparaitre ou prendre faillite?

Au fait je ne veut juste pas que le tout soit une grosse perte de temps et argent. Merci d'avance pour vos inputs si il y en a.
